Kenya’s Ministry of Roads in conjunction with the European Union are running a public advertising campaign to reduce accidents on Kenyan roads. A bright yellow billboard in the outskirts of Naivasha urges motorists to drive slowly, “Believe me, you’ll get there Slow Down!” it reads.
