    Even as a kid, there was always a draw to chill on the railway track. Maybe its the intrigue with where it goes and where it ends – an escape?

    That’s a very poetic explanation David K — I like it! That hadn’t occurred to me. I don’t think the same practice is popular in the U.S. At least, I haven’t seen much of this here.

  3. Actually, I loved rail lines growing up in Kenya. It is the same reason I have always loved airports. The fact that they join and bridge distant places together has always been enticing for me. I think it is a form of escape…
